Statewide Inclusion Team (SIT)
Members of the Statewide Disability Inclusion Team (SIT) are people with
disabilities as well as representatives invited from the community of
agencies and organizations that supply services and support for people
with disabilities. SIT serves as an advisory body in developing Serve
Rhode Island's Inclusion and Disability Initiative. In turn, the
statewide Inclusion Team becomes a resource for recruitment and strategies - and
stories of success - for their own and other constituents.
The Serve Rhode Island SIT team is made up of AmeriCorps Alum who are
people with disabilities, and representatives from the following RI
agencies and organizations:
