AmeriCorps Grant Information Sessions Available!
Are you curious about how an AmeriCorps team could serve the community through your organization? Over the past two decades, AmeriCorps teams have helped thousands of disadvantaged children and youth in our public schools in Rhode Island. Members have gotten preschoolers ready to learn, provided tutoring and mentoring to elementary and middle school students, and helped high school seniors develop their career paths and apply for college. AmeriCorps members also help veterans gain access to their benefits and guide low-income households through the processes of food and fuel assistance, job training, financial literacy, and more. This year, 175 AmeriCorps members are serving the Rhode Island community through 10 non-profit agencies.

Attend a Serve Rhode Island Grant Information Session to find out if Americorps is right for your organization and the learn more about the application process.

Sessions will be held at Serve Rhode Island's office on October 21st and 23rd, and via webinar on October 23rd. Register now!
